Everything is better in Fort Wayne. That is the cities new motto. Nothing is better than wondering around the gnarly misty streets and coming upon a little dinner. What I like about this place is the few times I've visited.

I've managed to miss the lunch rush! Seriously, the Fort can rock your socks so hard that you literally would make up excuses to drive, or fly yourself out here.

Yes there was another location, further away from where I live, but I like the employees at this one better. This place is yet another reason why I love this hood.

Small and unassuming it packs a punch! Last time I was here, they where mopping the floor and everything was in total disarray, yet they still managed to make my sandwich in a timely manner.

Last time I dined here, I tried the egg sandwich, it was so darn good. One of the best breakfast sandwiches I've had in a while. It fell apart all over the darn place making it a bit more of a garbage plat that I had to eat with my hands.

Otherwise, yum! Another good one is the breakfast special.

Maybe I like it because of its name? I dunno,, But the yokes of the eggs seemed to look back at me. I don't mean to slight my Loyalty to Ft Wayne staples. But Powers easily makes the best burgers in town. Juicy, flavorful and neither overdone or underdone. These burgers are tasty! The different hot sauces add that special something to give these burgers a distinguishing ZING.

The competitors just don't have. Plus the added ingredients are always fresh, crisp pickles, soft cheese, and melt-in-your-mouth caramelized onions.

All in all Powers gives one heck of a good burger for a good price. Defiantly a favorite.

The stories of living in Australia that one person kept talking about made me want to attack someone though. Parking is free in their parking lot.

Or along the street in front. I could smell this place from a block away. Very small, throwback place, Ordered 3 burgers. Burgers are slighty bigger than White Castle. I love lots of onions on my burger and Powers didn't disappoint in the quantity of onions, however, they were exceptionally stringy and long.

And reviewers are right - my clothes smelled of onions the rest of the day. If you are in Fort Wayne for any reason and you like sliders at all make time for this place! As soon as you get near enough to catch the scent you will know you are about to eat something wonderful. Nothing fancy just good old fashioned sliders cooked perfectly with some awe inspiring chili on the side.

Best hamburger t in the area! Small restaurant that hammers our a huge volume of hamburgers in a day's time. Very liberal with the onions. No drive thru available, so you have to go in and get them Lots of onions, not real good ventilation, so you leave smelling like a steamed onion for the rest of the day. I would highly recommend the "garbage plate" for breakfast.

This place is a must if you are passing through Fort Wayne. The main difference is that Powers makers their sliders with real onions The place is small, but that is what makes it so cool to sit inside. Beware,,,your clothes will smell for the rest of the day, but that is the price of a great burger.
