Keefe's attorney did not respond to repeated requests for comment about the lawsuit, which was filed April 29 in Dallas County. Keefe also declined to comment. Ronald Niehaus, a Houston attorney who was outside counsel for the Dallas Dating Company in the case, confirmed the lawsuit was amicably settled but declined to comment further.

The lawsuit said Keefe wanted to meet a woman with "integrity, financial stability and maturity.
